The following is the current PEACH Membership Application. PEACHrepresents almost 300 homeschooling families in the Plano area. If you are a homeschooling family and would like to join us, begin by printing out the application below. 
2013-2014 PEACH Membership Application

- Print the application.
- Fill it out completely. [PLEASE WRITE CLEARLY] Make sure to sign page 2, the Statement of Purpose and Statement of Faith.
- Write out a check to PEACH for the appropriate amount indicated on the application.
- Send your $25 check and completed application to:
